Delivery Information:

Ensuring a smooth delivery experience is our priority. Please take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Home Delivery:

    • To ensure a seamless delivery process, we kindly request that someone is available at your home address to receive the goods.
    • In the event that no one is present at the time of delivery, additional charges may be incurred for subsequent delivery attempts.
  2. Delivery Time:

    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
    • Please allow a standard delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 business days.
  3. Third-Party Logistics:

    • For portable items, we collaborate with reputable third-party logistics providers such as J&T Express, Qxpress, and others to handle the delivery.
  4. Special Delivery Locations and Surcharge:

    • A surcharge of $30 will be applied for deliveries to Jurong Island, Tuas, Sentosa Island, including instances where the product requires servicing or repair, even if it is within the warranty period.

Exchange Information:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to exchange a product. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please carefully review the following conditions:

  1. Original Condition:

    • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Please make sure the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Installation Limitation:

    • Once a product has been installed or used, it becomes ineligible for exchange. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the item before installation to ensure it meets your requirements.
  3. Exchanges for Lower Cost Items:

    • Please note that if you choose to exchange a product for a lower cost item, no refunds will be issued for the price difference. We advise you to carefully consider your choices before initiating an exchange.
  4. Time Limit for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges can only be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this 7-day period, products are considered non-exchangeable.
  5. Product Defects or Technical Faults:

    • In the event of product defects or technical faults, we kindly request that you contact the respective brand directly for warranty coverage. They possess the expertise to assist you in resolving any issues related to product quality or functionality.
